If you have not received your order within the above stated delivery window please contact us by email on, stating your name and order number. Please note, during peak times such as sales period it can take a little longer for orders to arrive.

We suggest you choose a delivery address where someone is guaranteed to be in to sign for your order, such as your work address. We cannot take responsibility for undelivered items caused by incorrect address details. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.

Delivery Outside the UK

If you’d like to place an order and live outside one of the countries we currently deliver to, please contact us by email on , and we can discuss delivery on case-by-case basis.

Where applicable any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any customs and import charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we're unable to predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, if you have any concerns at all please contact your local customs office. In the event that you wish to return your order we are unable to refund any import duty or local sales tax you may have incurred.



All items purchased from the website can be returned within 7 days of receipt (UK customers) or within 14 days of receipt (International customers) for a refund/exchange. When returning orders please allow sufficient time for postage back to us to fit in with these times. All returns must be made within these time frames and garments should be in their original condition with original tags attached, unworn and unwashed. Any returns received outside of these time scales or without original tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please take care when trying on garments; do not wear perfumes, deodorants, body lotions or makeup. Items that are damaged, altered, worn or cleaned will also not be accepted and returned to the customer.

Please note that VKStyles does not cover the cost of return shipping which should be arranged by the customer.  All returns/exchanges must be packed securely and posted via an insured and traceable method in order to ensure safe delivery. We strongly recommend sending all returning items via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of any parcels on their way to us. We will process your request for an exchange/refund as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days from the receipt of your return for this to be fully processed.

We aim to refund any returned item(s) within 14 days once it has passed inspection by our returns team. If after this time you have not received your refund please contact us by email on with the relevant tracking information so we can investigate further. Please note, if items are returned to the incorrect address it may take us longer to process them, please ensure you check before sending items back to us.


If you receive a faulty item(s) or incorrect item(s) please contact us immediately on so we can arrange an exchange.
